Fitted CV is built so that your CV stays on your own device. This policy explains which data goes where, and why.
Who we are
FITTED is the trading name of Wiebe Lammertink, a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands, and the maker of Fitted CV. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

Data that stays on your device
Your CV, the job ads you paste, your tailored lines, your PDFs, your applications list and your settings (including AI keys) are saved on your own device: in a Fitted folder on your Desktop on Windows and Mac, and inside the app on Android. We never receive them.
Data that leaves your device

The launch list
If you sign up on this website to hear when Fitted CV launches, we store your email address and language (English or Dutch) with MailerLite, the email service we use (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU). You first confirm your address by email. We use it only to send launch news about Fitted CV, never share it with others, and you can unsubscribe with the link in every email. We delete the list at the latest 12 months after launch.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser only. The hosting provider (GitHub) may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Why we may process your data
- To deliver what you bought and run your licence: performing the contract.
- To keep our tax and bookkeeping records: legal obligation.
- To send launch news: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
- To answer your questions: legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
- Launch list: until you unsubscribe, and at most 12 months after launch.
- Feedback and support emails: until your question is handled, and at most 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email info@getfitted.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Fitted CV is zo gebouwd dat je cv op je eigen apparaat blijft. Hier lees je welke gegevens waarheen gaan, en waarom.

FITTED is de handelsnaam van Wiebe Lammertink, een eenmanszaak in Nederland, en de maker van Fitted CV. Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de persoonsgegevens die hier staan beschreven.

Gegevens die op je apparaat blijven
Je cv, de vacatures die je plakt, je afgestemde regels, je pdf's, je sollicitatieoverzicht en je instellingen (ook AI-sleutels) staan op je eigen apparaat: in een map Fitted op je bureaublad op Windows en Mac, en in de app op Android. Wij ontvangen die nooit.

De lanceringslijst
Meld je je op deze website aan om te horen wanneer Fitted CV beschikbaar is, dan bewaren we je e-mailadres en taal (Engels of Nederlands) bij MailerLite, de e-maildienst die we gebruiken (UAB MailerLite, Litouwen, EU). Je bevestigt je adres eerst per e-mail. We gebruiken het alleen voor nieuws over de lancering van Fitted CV, delen het met niemand en je kunt je afmelden via de link in elke e-mail. We verwijderen de lijst uiterlijk 12 maanden na de lancering.
Deze website
Deze website gebruikt geen cookies, geen statistieken en geen tracking. Lettertypes staan op de site zelf. Je taalkeuze wordt alleen in je eigen browser onthouden. De hostingpartij (GitHub) kan standaard serverlogs bijhouden, zoals IP-adressen, voor de beveiliging.
Waarom we gegevens mogen verwerken
- Om te leveren wat je kocht en je licentie te laten werken: uitvoering van de overeenkomst.
- Om onze belasting- en boekhoudadministratie bij te houden: wettelijke plicht.
- Om je lanceringsnieuws te sturen: je toestemming, die je altijd kunt intrekken door je af te melden.
- Om je vragen te beantwoorden: gerechtvaardigd belang.
Hoe lang we het bewaren
- Bestel- en factuurgegevens: 7 jaar, zoals de Nederlandse belastingwet vraagt.
- Lanceringslijst: tot je je afmeldt, en maximaal 12 maanden na de lancering.
- Feedback- en supportmails: tot je vraag is afgehandeld, en maximaal 2 jaar.
Je rechten
Je kunt vragen welke gegevens we van je hebben, en die laten verbeteren of verwijderen, of bezwaar maken tegen het gebruik ervan. Mail naar info@getfitted.nl. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
